Privacy

What the extension reads, where it is stored and where it is sent.

Summary

  • No server and no account. The developer receives none of your data.
  • Everything collected stays in your browser (IndexedDB and chrome.storage.local).
  • The only third party that receives data is the AI provider you configure, and only if you configure one.
  • No analytics, no tracking, no ads. Data is never sold.

What is read

Public posts, titles, author handles, scores (likes, stars, votes) and links from the six platforms, using your own session where you are signed in. Radar does not read your private messages, account details, passwords or cookie values, and never posts, likes or follows anything.

What is sent

With an AI provider configured, candidate names and short snippets of the posts they came from are sent directly from your browser to that provider. Without one, nothing is sent anywhere. The optional GitHub token is sent only to api.github.com.

Deleting your data

Clear everything under Settings → Data, or uninstall the extension.
